Enrollment Form

Once you’ve completed a tour and decided to move forward, families may submit an enrollment application through Spark Your School. A non-refundable registration fee is required as part of the application process. After we receive both the application and fee, our team will carefully review the submission and notify families of our initial enrollment decision.

Registration fees must be submitted within three (3) days of completing the enrollment form and are required to proceed with enrollment.

After your enrollment form and registration fee are received, and if your student is initially accepted, families will be asked to submit prior academic records (if applicable). These materials allow us to thoughtfully review each student’s background and make a final enrollment decision.

Once final acceptance is confirmed, families will submit their child’s birth certificate along with the curriculum fee to complete the enrollment process.

We believe the best school partnerships begin with connection. Before applying, families are invited to schedule a tour of Kairos Academy to see our learning environment in action and learn more about our approach. This visit gives parents the opportunity to ask questions, meet our team, and get a feel for our community, while helping everyone decide whether Kairos is the right fit for your child. Our goal is to ensure that families feel confident, informed, and excited as they move forward in the enrollment process.
